Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website and the Services. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and constitutes a binding agreement between you and SIA PSIHOLOĢIJAS UN UZŅĒMĒJDARBĪBAS INSTITŪTS. 1.Site services

On this website we offer the following types of training International Mini MBA programmes; Youth programmes; Company work programmes. Depending on the course you choose, we offer various formats of training: face-to-face or online using the ZOOM platform.
We will only allow each participant to attend the course at the time indicated (either face-to-face or online) and will only use the materials provided by us for their own personal use.
Users are not permitted to modify or reproduce, share or distribute in any way the Website Materials or other materials obtained during the course. Users must keep all materials confidential and may not sell, auction, loan, rent or otherwise disclose the materials or their contents to any other person or entity. Any breach of these terms of use will automatically prohibit the user from continuing on with the course and receiving any further course material.

2. Making a purchase

Select the course you wish to purchase. Log in or sign up, if you have not previously registered. Pay to complete the purchase.

3.Payment rules

The payment currency on the website is euro. You can pay for your purchase by choosing one of the offered payment methods.
Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment organisation.
The contract comes into force after successful payment. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the notification.

4. Receipt of the service

As soon as you pay for any course you will be notified by email of the details of that course. You will also be contacted by a manager within 48 hours to give you full details and answer any questions you may have.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of the course, you will get a full refund of your course fee. If you cancel later than 14 days before the course starts without proper justification, we will not issue a refund on the course. In the event of cancellation, please send an application for cancellation, stating the reason for cancellation, to .vl.epi%40eciffoselas The application will be processed within 3 days and you will receive an answer to the refund.

6. Posting information

Each user of the website is solely responsible for any information he/she posts on the website and accepts full responsibility for the consequences arising from the disclosure of such information. The user has the right to publish, upload etc. The website contains only content to which the user has full and unrestricted rights.
It is forbidden to act or publish information (including photo, video and audio materials) on the website that
- offends or violates the intellectual property rights (copyrights, etc.) of third parties;
- offends the honour and dignity of a person
- calls for violence, racial hatred or other illegal actions
- is vulgar, abusive or otherwise offensive;
- contains computer viruses or is intended to damage the operation (security) of computer or electronic communication software
- contains unapproved advertising, chain letters, spam, etc;
- is of a pornographic or excessively erotic nature;
- all other information that affects or could affect the operation and security of the website;
- pyramid schemes, methods based on the recruitment of sellers;
- violates laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall we or any third party mentioned on this website be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of the use of the information, the inability to use this website, or any other event in connection with this website.

8. Dispute resolution procedure

In issues which are not covered by these terms and conditions, the Seller and the Buyer undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The parties shall settle all disputes between the Seller and the Buyer by mutual negotiations or by correspondence. If the dispute cannot be settled by negotiations or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the Consumer Rights Protection Centre and/or court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

9. Validity of the Terms of Use

The Terms of Use set out herein may be amended as we develop our company and website, to comply with new legal requirements or new technologies, or to improve the services we provide. We therefore invite you to review our Terms of Use regularly.
